Thanks Liz! And yes, seeing the amazing blue of the Caribbean Sea every day is something I am already missing. Just one glimpse of that water put an instant smile on my face. For now I can only look at the photos I guess…hopefully it won’t be too long before I make it down there again!

Hey there Nate – Everything that arises will one day pass away…those are words I repeat to myself often and they definitely came in handy in this situation as well. It may not be easy to accept, but it’s reality and the sooner we do accept it, the more positive will be the future stages of our lives. And that’s why I am excited for whatever comes next…and that excitement can be enjoyed by anyone, no matter what their life situation.

I hope all is well with you! Well, I think it’s great that you accepted the impermanence that is our life. It doesn’t mean that we can’t experience our emotions or feel a tinge of sadness as you did…it just means that all things pass sooner or later as did your stay in Mexico. I’m sure you’ll find just as much joy as you found in Mexico in your future travels…..and I can’t wait to hear about them!

Hey Dina – Haha, yeah, that’s a problem! I need to keep up my Spanish, but luckily I’m in Florida at the moment and there’s plenty of Spanish spoken here.
Excellent start to your new series by the way…there are some travel gear items on that list that I’ve never even considered!

Cool, sounds good! If there are 4-9 other places of joy, that would be a good buffer just in case Mexico isn’t our cup of tea.

I don’t know if I’ll get to my target interest income goal in 8-10 years, but I sure as hell will try!

You might want to consider more blog ad revenue, since you have a blog anyway. It’s going to be part of the 2nd Yakezie Challenge. I firmly believe if you can get your Alexa ranking below 100,000, you can make $1,000/month from your site. Why not right?

Because I continue to be attracted to traveling bloggers like yourself, maybe it’ll be a great idea to have a Traveling Blogger vertical on my upcoming yakezie dot com site this August, and you can be an occasional contributor, or a vertical captain! The site will do well, with the support of the 80 Yakezie blogger members behind it.
