Well, that cockroach story doesn’t sound like the most enjoyable of experiences either! And I can’t believe two months passed as well…as soon as I arrived back in Mexico it felt as if I had left only a couple of weeks ago.

Stay away from Australian Chinese food for a while!!

When we found a cockroach in our plate of noodle in a Chinese restaurant at downtown Sydney, with its liquid had already integrated with the rest of the noodle, left the hard brown shell crunchy-looking, I thought it was already bad. But I guess this is nothing compare to finding a piece of hard metal in your food by accidentally chewing on it!
I’m sorry that the dental fix can’t be done faster, but I think you are doing the funnest way to spend the delay, going to a place that you love, Mexico
Wow, was it already 2 months ago you left Mexico? Time goes so fast, I feel like it was quite recent when I read about you coming back to US.

Hey Shannon – It definitely has been nice to start speaking Spanish again and it didn’t take long to get re-adjusted to Mexican life at all!

I’ll actually be spending all of Wednesday taking photos and videos to use in my upcoming camera update post, so it won’t be long before I write more about my decision…but so far I am more than pleased with my camera choice!

Hey Dave & Deb – Actually, I already did have some dental work done here in Mexico a few months ago and they did an excellent job according to a specialist I went to back in the US. I highly recommend it and truthfully, the dentist I used here seemed to use equipment that was more modern than any I’ve come across back home!

Where are you headed at the end of September? Perhaps our paths will cross… And I’m look forward to all of the changes you have in store on your site as well!!

Have a great time in Mexico! Are you going to have your dental work done there? I hear that they do excellent work! I’m serious:)
We know how you feel, we have been home now for over two weeks and are already itching to get on the road. We have to stay in Canada until the end of Sept as we have committed to speaking at an event, but after that we are back to exploring the world. It is tough when you don’t have your own place (which we don’t either) We are staying with friends and family and they can’t understand why we are on our computers all the time. But we too are taking this break from travel to make serious changes and to work. I am looking forward to your posts from Mexico and to seeing your photos from your shiny new camera!
